Alma Moya

Owner | Pilates Instructor | Movement Specialist | Functional Medicine Practitioner | Herbalist | Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach

Alma Moya is a classically trained Pilates instructor certified through the prestigious Body Arts and Science International (BASI) program in California, a comprehensive 500-hour teacher training program. She holds certifications in personal fitness training through the American Council of Exercise as well as a lifelong dancer and yoga student. A graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, Alma blends her deep understanding of movement with a holistic approach to health and wellness.

For more than two decades, Alma has taught movement, fitness, and Pilates around the world. During her ten years living in Morocco, she had the distinct honor of teaching Pilates and Health & Wellness practices to a member of the Royal Family of Morocco. This experience deepened her appreciation for the universal language of movement and the profound ways it can connect, heal, and transform lives across cultures.

As a clinician in Functional Medicine & Nutrition and a Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Alma brings a unique perspective to Pilates, integrating movement, nourishment, and lifestyle practices that support whole-body wellness. Her teaching emphasizes body awareness, self-compassion, and the belief that true strength emerges when we learn to listen to the wisdom of the body.

Her love for movement extends beyond Pilates into dance, and free-flow movement exploration, particularly Oriental dance (belly dance), which has shaped her understanding of rhythm, expression, and embodiment. A passionate traveler who has explored more than twenty countries and counting, Alma draws inspiration from the diverse cultures, healing traditions, and movement practices she has encountered around the world.

Today, she infuses every session with both precision and artistry, helping clients cultivate grace, strength, confidence, and resilience.

For Alma, Pilates is far more than exercise—it is an art form, a discipline, and a celebration of the body's remarkable ability to heal, adapt, and thrive.

“My approach to teaching is both rigorous and lyrical, guiding each client to attune to their body's inner song. It is my privilege to help bring out the lyrics.”

Beyond the studio, Alma finds joy in writing, design, meaningful conversations over herbal tea, and spending time in nature—her lifelong teacher and companion. Together with her husband, she is currently bringing a shared vision for health, healing, and community to life through an exciting 22-acre wellness project.

Megan Niles is a movement educator, Pilates instructor, and corrective exercise specialist with more than twenty years of experience helping people move with greater ease, strength, and confidence. A former dancer and gymnast, Megan's fascination with human movement began early and evolved into a lifelong pursuit of understanding the body's remarkable capacity to heal, adapt, and perform.

A graduate of UCLA with a degree in History and a minor in Sociocultural Anthropology, Megan brings both analytical insight and deep compassion to her work. She is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, Pilates Specialist, Health Coach, Myofascial Release Practitioner, and Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist with advanced training in pelvic floor health, diastasis recovery, neuromuscular retraining, and cranial nerve integration.

Megan's personal health journey profoundly shaped her professional path. After navigating autoimmune challenges and overcoming chronic knee pain caused by dysfunctional movement patterns, she became passionate about uncovering the root causes of pain and dysfunction rather than simply treating symptoms. This experience sparked her deep interest in biomechanics, fascia, nervous system regulation, and the intricate relationship between movement and healing.

Today, Megan is known for her expertise in neuromuscular re-patterning and movement assessment. Through comprehensive evaluations, myofascial release techniques, Pilates, and targeted corrective exercise, she helps clients restore efficient movement patterns, reduce pain, improve performance, and build lasting resilience. Her work is grounded in the belief that the body is highly intelligent and capable of remarkable transformation when given the right support.

Megan has worked with a diverse range of clients, from young children developing foundational movement skills to active older adults seeking longevity and vitality. She is especially passionate about supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and the transitions that accompany every stage of life. Her approach combines science, education, and empowerment, helping clients better understand their bodies and become active participants in their own health journey.

Whether she is teaching Pilates, leading myofascial release workshops, guiding prenatal clients, or helping someone recover from years of chronic pain, Megan's goal remains the same: to help people reconnect with their bodies, move with confidence, and experience the freedom that comes from balanced, functional movement.
